The Liquidator with the present announcement informs the depositors that the review of the submitted claims (the “Claims”) is in progress in accordance with priority, based on the date of submission of the required documentation.
For Claims that the depositors have been informed by the Branch regarding any pending documents and/or information, the depositors are hereby requested to submit the necessary documents and/or information as soon as possible, in order to be reviewed by the Liquidator. For all other Claims that are being reviewed by the Liquidator, the Liquidator will circulate his decision to the contact details provided, for the depositors to be informed accordingly.
If the decision of the Liquidator is accepted, the Liquidator will proceed with relevant payment as per the Dividend Payment Notice, announced in the Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus and on this website.
