The Liquidator hereby informs the depositors of the Branch that, following the approval of the District Court of Nicosia on 04/07/2025, an interim dividend payment of 45% or €0.45 for every €1 of accepted and verified claim shall be made in respect of accepted and verified claims of the depositors.
The payments shall commence on 29.09.2025 via bank transfer to the accounts indicated by the depositors to the Liquidator.
All depositors receiving a dividend will be separately notified via email and or relevant correspondence of the amount distributed to them.
The Liquidator shall not process any transactions and/or payments involving any country, region or party, which is listed or otherwise subject to any restrictions and/or sanctions and neither the Liquidator nor the Branch shall be held liable and/or accountable for any delay, non-performance or disclosure of information due to sanctions or/and restrictions or any obstacles encountered regarding the destination of any payments to be made.
