The Liquidator hereby informs the depositors of the Branch that, following the approval of the District Court of Nicosia on 06/07/2026, a second interim dividend payment of 10% or €0.10 for every €1 of accepted and verified claim shall be made in respect of accepted and verified claims of the depositors.
The payments shall commence on 07/09/2026 via bank transfer to the accounts indicated by depositors to the Liquidator.
All depositors receiving a dividend will be separately notified via email and or relevant correspondence of the amount distributed to them.
The Liquidator shall not process any transactions and/or payments involving any country, region or party, which is listed or otherwise subject to any restrictions and/or sanctions and neither the Liquidator nor the Branch shall be held liable and/or accountable for any delay, non-performance or disclosure of information due to sanctions or/and restrictions or any obstacles encountered regarding the destination of any payments to be made.
